gday,
i want to bleed the engine oil in my bike. i am just unsure about whether i should use non-friction modified oil or friction? incase you didnt read the heading the bike is a 2000 model rm125.

You mean you want to change the oil in your bike? Make sure you use oil made for bikes and compatable with wet clutches. A good many synthetics and wreck a wet clutch. Some guys run stuff like 80 weight gearsaver oil in their MX bike and I've heard of guys using ATF. I would buy it at a bike shop and see what other guys are using for thier MX bike.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by non-friction modified oil or friction oil but you don't want to use oil with lots of anti-friction additives in it with a wet clutch or it will slip.

ive always used 10w40 or 30w. and never had a problem. i have put two new top ends on the bike but not cuz they seized or n e thing just to keep it in tip top shape.
