Default Help with saddle bags....

Well....After a few hard days of head scratching (taking care of the engine of my new cool, although 125, rebel) with the help of this Great forum, im moving to the cosmetic care......
Im trying to fit saddle bags on my bike, will I need the chrom guards?
No one is selling those things not even online (looked at google):?
How do I fit it?
Many thanks

Default Help with saddle bags....

I had these bags from ebay, and they went over the shocks as seen here... so I guess they dont need guards,

I am also selling them as we speak because they werent "me".

Thank you all, I just love the idea of the aluminium plates. So simple and Yet so clever, abrilliant and cheap solution :D
Regarding the bags, do I just fit it under the sit?
Thanks

The diamond plate looks pretty cool, glw!

septimus, If you've got a p-pad on your 125, then yes, you should be able to place the yoke of the bags underneath to secure 'em. As far as saddlebag brackets, have seen some with & some without, all depending on whether or not the rider has SAFE clearance from drivechain, spokes, shocks, etc.
