So Ducati’s Introdution of a 1098 is old news by now. So I thought I’d post some pictures of it including the recently released Tricolore model, which only comes in the S configuration.

It seems that all the four major Japanese manufacturers have had a go at making a turbo motorcycle.
Honda gave it two tries with the CX500TC in 1982
and the CX650TC in 1983
Yamaha had the 1982-1983 XJ650L Seca Turbo
Suzuki produced the XN85D in 1983
Kawasaki joined the fray with their tubocharged ZX750E made from 1984-1985.
