- Available three colors: Parakeet Yellow, Shiny Orange, and Angel Blue.
- It had twin chrome frame downtubes.
- It also had a wind-up spring starting system, points ignition, and manual choke.
- Engine: 49cc 2-stroke single cylinder with oil injection
- Transmission: one-speed automatic transmission.
- Serial number began: AB01-5000001.
- Spark Plug: NGK BP4HS - all years
1980Edit
1980 Honda NA50'80 Express II
- Available two colors: Parakeet Yellow, and Angel Blue (Shiny Orange was dropped this year).
- The twin chrome frame downtubes were replaced by a single chrome downtube.
- It also had a wind-up spring starting system, points ignition, and manual choke.
- Engine: 49cc 2-stroke single cylinder with oil injection
- Transmission: one-speed automatic transmission.
- Serial number began: AB01-5100007.

1981 Honda NA50'81 Express II
- Available two colors: Angel Blue and Monza Red (this time the Parakeet Yellow was dropped).
- The points ignition was replaced with a CD ignition.
- The manual choke was replaced with an automatic choke.
- The wind-up spring starting system was replaced with a direct kick starting system.
- Engine: 49cc 2-stroke single cylinder with oil injection
- Transmission: automatic 2-speed.
- Serial number began: JH2AB0110BS200008.
