The engine was a oil & air cooled v2, four-stroke. A 101.0mm bore x 108.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1737.1 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet, multi-plate.

It came with a 90/90 21 front tire and a 250/40-r18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. floating discs. four-piston calipers. in the front and a single disc. floating disc. two-piston calipers. in the rear. The front suspension was a conventional telescopic fork, 43 mm diameter, 5.1 in / 130 mm travel while the rear was equipped with a single, mono-tube gas, cast aluminum with rising rate linkage, 3.0 in / 75 mm travel, preload adjustable spring. The Jackpot was fitted with a 4.5 Gallon (17.03 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 653.01 pounds (296.2 Kg). The wheelbase was 67.09 inches (1704 mm) long.
2010 Victory JackpotEdit
The 2010 MY Victory Jackpot features a new, air-cooled, four-stroke, 1731cc, 50-degree V-twin powerplant mated to a manual, six-speed overdrive transmission. Features such as the fat, 250 mm rear tire and the 21", five-spoked billet front wheel and the raised spine give it a custom look, make the Vegas one of the most custom-looking cruisers among its Victory siblings. Another characteristic feature for the Jackpot is the available paint and graphic schemes, which significantly increase its desirability among modern cruiser fans. The chrome-plating on the exhaust, fork and wheels add a hint of nostalgia.
2013 Victory JackpotEdit
The 2013 MY Victory Jackpot sports a dependable, air-cooled, four-stroke, 1731cc, 50-degree V-twin powerhouse mated to a six-speed manual transmission with an overdrive function, which ensures optimum power delivery for cruising, as well as superior acceleration for fast highway passes. The fat, 250mm rear tire and the 21" front wheel dominate the visuals of this machine. A custom-like paint and graphic scheme comes as standard, with a color matching-frame and swingarm. The wheels are anvil billet, and add a nice touch to this custom-like machine.
2014 Victory JackpotEdit
The 2014 MY Victory Jackpot has been designed for riders who prefer a custom, unique look to their machines, but, in the same time, don't want to write the big check that usually comes with such a two-wheeler. Features such as the fat, 250mm-wide rear tire and the blacked-out Stingray contrast cut aluminum wheels, paired to a massive 21" front wheel make this machine really stand out in a crows. A comfortable riding position is achieved by the pulled-back handlebars and the low seat height, making the bike an excellent boulevard cruiser, and, with optionals like a windscreen, it can even be transformed into a light tourer.
At its heart lies a gritty, air-cooled, four-strike, 1731cc, 50-degree V-Twin powerhouse mated to a six-speed manual transmission with overdrive.
