The Yamaha Stratoliner Deluxe was a air-cooled 48° V-twin; pushrod OHV, 4 valves/cylinder Cruiser motorcycle produced by Yamaha between 2006 and 2014. Max torque was 123.92 ft/lbs (168.0 Nm) @ 2500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 6.03 HP (4.5 KW) @ 4250 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a air cooled air-cooled 48° V-twin; pushrod OHV, 4 valves/cylinder. A 99.1mm bore x 99.1mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1854.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead valves (ohv).

Drive

The bike has a 5-speed, return transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet, multiplate.

Chassis

It came with a 130/70-18 front tire and a 190/60-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Dual hydraulic disc, 298mm in the front and a Hydraulic disc, 320mm in the rear. The front suspension was a 46mm telescopic fork; 5.1-in travel while the rear was equipped with a Single shock; 4.3-in travel. The Stratoliner Deluxe was fitted with a 4.5 Gallon (17.03 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 757.95 pounds (343.8 Kg). The wheelbase was 67.52 inches (1715 mm) long.

The S version of the 2005 Stratoliner gets chromed switchgear, front brake and clutch master cylinders, a detachable windscreen and passenger backrest, allowing riders to change the attire of the machine in only minutes, for short rides and longer hauls, as well. The saddlebags of the 2005 Stratoliner S are covered in leather and are lockable, too.

Despie being a rather big cruiser, the Star 2005 Stratoliner S uses a lightweight aluminum frame for exceptional road stance. The bike shares all the high-tech feats of the base Stratoliner model, with the same brawny 1853cc airhead v-twin and 5-spoeed transmission.
