From CycleChaos
The Maico Radial is a 400cc, single cylinder, two stroke, motocross motorcycle manufactured by Maico in the 1970s.
The Maico Radial's head shows exactly it's called the Radial. Cooling fins radiate outward in a fan shape. The Radial came equipped to race.
