It came with a 23 x 8-12; 489 front tire and a 22 x 11-10; 489 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single Lever Hydraulic Disc Brake in the front and a Hydraulic Rear Foot Brake in the rear. The front suspension was a MacPherson Strut With 8.2-inch (20.8 cm) Travel while the rear was equipped with a Progressive-Rate Swingarm with 10.5-inch (26.7 cm) Travel. The Trail Boss 330 was fitted with a 1.06 Gallon (4.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 531.31 pounds (241.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 48.5 inches (1232 mm) long.
