Hi, I am just about to purchase a 1986 Kawasaki ZL 900, the machine is dressed in bright luminus red, private sale' and just two owners since new, i understand these bikes were only made for two years in the USA. this model has had many upgrades, to name a few........... stage 3 dynojet power increase, now puts down 113 ft of torque 4 pod filters, concourse cam chain and tensioner, carb rebuild, widened tank, forward foot rests, avon venom x tyres stainless steel undertray with led lights, braided hoses, and mini indicators, chrome stand,... the list goes on and on. if anyone out there knows plenty about these bikes' please let me know...... interested bods can see pics later on.
