==Engine==
The engine was a Liquid cooled cooled Four stroke, 90°Ltwin cylinder, SOHC, desmodromic 4 valve per cylinder,. The engine featured a 11.5:1 [[compression ratio]].  

==Drive==
Power was moderated via the Wet multiple plates, [[hydraulic]] system.  

==Chassis==
It came with a 120/70 ZR17 front [[tire]] and a 190/55 ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 2x 320 mm / 12.6 in. discs, Brembo radial calipers with 4 pads separated in the front and a Single 220mm / 8.7 in. disc, 2 piston Brembo [[caliper]] in the rear. The front suspension was a  43mm upside down forks with adjustable preload DLC, compression and rebound while the rear was equipped with a Monoshock adjustable for preload high and low speed 'extension and compression. The DB9 Brivido S was fitted with a 18 Litres / 4.8 US gal fuel tank. The bike weighed just 177 kg / 390.2 lbs. The wheelbase was 1435mm / 56.4 in long.

Pure sports, designed for the ultimate road experience.
We are talking about the DB9 roadster that comes in line
after the DB8, generations of hand built sports machines which
continue with the tradition of top level components with subtle
revisions to the seat, footrest and tank to provide improved
comfort.
A new beast of a motor, an evolution of the L twin cylinder
engine with improved performance and usable power, perfect lower
and mid range speed where the massive torque figures build in a
linear fashion for an outstanding ride.

Look
Talking about an actual roadster, its stretched lines and its
small prominent screen give the DB9 the right fighting stance.
Colouring follows the path of the BIMOTA tradition, where the
white and red contrast with the black carbon superstructures.

A bike where elegance and determination get along well with
each other, a unique look where the finest details are purposely
in full view.
Technology
The DB9 Brivido carries a 90°L twin cylinder engine 1198cc,
with a max power of 162hp/9500 rpm and a max torque of 13,1 kgm/8000
rpm. An engine equipped with an oil actuated multi-plate clutch
perfect for street use.
It comes with 43mm preload-fully adjustable upside-down forks
in the front, and a monoshock in the rear. Both the systems are
fully adjustable in compression, rebound and preload.
Brembo braking system comes with 2x320mm radial discs 4
piston calipers and 1x220mm disc 2 piston calipers.
For what concern the "S" version, front brake is equipped
with a mono-disc outlying system developed and tested with great
feel and performance by Bimota R&D.
