Engine
The engine was a Air cooled cooled Four stroke, single cylinders, SOHC, 2 valve. The engine featured a NA compression ratio.
Drive
Power was moderated via the Wet Multiplate.
Chassis
It came with a 100/80 -17 front tire and a 140/60R -17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single 266mm disc 2 piston caliper, additional single channel ABS in the front and a Single 220mm disc 1 piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic, coil spring, oil damped while the rear was equipped with a Swingarm, monoshock. The Intruder 150FI-SP was fitted with a 11 Liters / 2.9 US gal fuel tank. The wheelbase was 1405 mm / 55.3 in long.

Intruder 150FI-SP
Suzuki has launched the Intruder 150 SP and Intruder 150 FI SP, While the Intruder FI SP costs a premium of Rs 1,000 from the standard fuel-injected variant, the SP is priced at Rs 5,000 over the base version. The bikes get an all-black color scheme with red highlights that run from the tank to the rear section. Suzuki has also equipped the bikes with a pillion backrest as standard. Apart from these changes, the bikes remain the same. They are powered by a 155cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 14.6bhp and 14Nm of torque. While the SP uses a carburetor, the Intruder FI SP gets a fuel-injection system.
