The Whizzer Pacemaker is a Classic.
1948 - 1952 Whizzer Pacemaker[edit | edit source]
The Pacemaker Model was first introduced in 1948 and continued through 1952, being unique in its time. It had a Schwinn-built chassis, with a new telescoping front fork with dual coil springs. It had Lobdell wheels with a Sturmey-Archer expanding front-wheel brake, a coaster brake on the rear and automatic clutch.
