The Adler ISDT was a air-cooled, two-stroke, in-line two cylinder Classic motorcycle produced by Adler between 1957 and 1958. It could reach a top speed of 78 mph (125 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 17.97 HP (13.4 KW) @ 5600 RPM.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a air cooled air-cooled, two-stroke, in-line two cylinder. A 53.3mm bore x 53.3mm stroke result in a displacement of just 247.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 4-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 3.25 x 16 front tire and a 3.25 x 16 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 180mm drum in the front and a 180mm drum in the rear. The front suspension was a twin swinging leading link forks with shock absorber and steering damper while the rear was equipped with a adjustable plunger shock absorbers. The ISDT was fitted with a 3.17 Gallon (12.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 49.49 inches (1257 mm) long.
