The Matchless G2 CSR was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Matchless between 1964 and 1968. It could reach a top speed of 75 mph (121 km/h).

Engine

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 70.0mm bore x 65.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 200.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive

Power was moderated via the wet multiplate.

Chassis

It came with a 3-19 front tire and a 3.50-19 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via expanding brake (drum brake) in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic while the rear was equipped with a swinging arm-shocks-coil springs. The G2 CSR was fitted with a 3.91 Gallon (14.80 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 52.99 inches (1346 mm) long.
