Engine
The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 79.0mm bore x 60.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 294.1 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).
Drive

Chassis
It came with a 2.75-21 front tire and a 4.00-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. floating, 4-piston caliper in the front and a single disc. 2-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a marzocchi 40 mm aluminium right-sight-up. while the rear was equipped with a reiger (2-way) hydraulic mono shock absorber.
