The front suspension was a Inverted cartridge telescopic fork, 43 mm diameter, 5.1 in 130 mm wheel travel while the rear was equipped with a Single, mono-tube gas, cast aluminum with rising rate linkage, 3.0 in/76 mm travel, preload adjustable spring. The Hammer 8-Ball was fitted with a 17 Liters / 4.5 gal fuel tank. The bike weighed just 305 kg / 672 lbs.
