The engine was a Air cooled cooled Four stroke, two cylinder horizontally opposed Boxer, pushrod operated 2 valves per cylinder. The engine featured a 8.2:1 compression ratio.

It came with a 90/90 x 21S front tire and a 13/80 x 17S rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single ∅285mm disc in the front and a ∅200mm Drum in the rear.
