Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a gears transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 90/90-21 front tire and a 120/80-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single 260mm disc, 2-piston caliper in the front and a single 220mm disc, 1-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 48mm ZF Sachs upside-down fork while the rear was equiped with a ZF Sachs monoshock with progressive system. The PR5R 250 Enduro was fitted with a 0.53 Gallon (2.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 56.69 inches (1440 mm) long.
2016 AJP PR5R 250 Enduro[edit | edit source]
The 2016 MY AJP PR5R 250 Enduro has been designed as a successor for the PR5, and comes with improvements such as a Doma Titanium exhaust system, which adds 3 horsepower and 1 pound of weight, billet-aluminum foot pegs, and a lightweight Lithium battery.
In the tech/engine department, it sports a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 249cc, single cylinder powerplant paired to a six-speed manual transmission, and can reach a maximum power output of 30 horsepower and 27 Nm of torque.
