The AJS JSM50 is a single cylinder, two-stroke super motard motorcycle produced between 2012 and 2016. It could reach a top speed of 28 mph (45 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 4.56 HP (3.4 KW) @ 6800 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 56.0mm bore x 49.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 49.3 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead cams (ohc).

Drive

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. The final drive was via chain. Power was moderated via the wet. multi-plate.

Chassis

It came with a 110/70-17 front tire and a 130/70-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equiped with a single shock. The JSM50 is fitted with a 2.25 Gallon (8.50 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighs just 231.49 pounds (105.0 Kg). The wheelbase is 55.12 inches (1400 mm) long.
