The Adly Cat125S was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Adly between 2007 and 2009. Claimed horsepower was 8.45 HP (6.3 KW) @ 7500 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 52.4mm bore x 57.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 124.0 cubic centimeters.
