The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 67.5mm bore x 69.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 249.8 cubic centimeters.

It came with a 90/90-21 front tire and a 140/80-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. bremo in the front and a single disc. bremo in the rear. The front suspension was a marzzochi magnum fork, 50 mm while the rear was equipped with a white power. The VR2000 Enduro was fitted with a 2.51 Gallon (9.50 Liters) fuel tank.
