The Aprilia MX50 was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by Aprilia between 2003 and 2005.

Engine

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 40.3mm bore x 39.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 49.7 cubic centimeters.

Drive

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the multiple disk in oil bath.

Chassis

It came with a 100/80-17 front tire and a 130/70-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a upside down telescopic fork, ø 35 mm inners. while the rear was equipped with a swing-arm in box section steel, with anti-friction bushings, adjustable monoshock with aprilia progressive system action..
