The Ariel Golden Arrow was a twin, two-stroke standard produced by Ariel in 1962. It could reach a top speed of 82 mph (132 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 15.69 HP (11.7 KW) @ 6400 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled twin, two-stroke. A 54.0mm bore x 54.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 249.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead valves (ohv).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 4-speed transmission.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 3.25-16 front tire and a 3.25-16 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via expanding brake (drum brake) in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a trailing link, oil-damped while the rear was equipped with a swingarm. The Golden Arrow was fitted with a 2.38 Gallon (9.00 Liters) fuel tank.
