The BMW F 800 ST was a liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, twin cylinder, 4-valve per cylinder, DOHC Sport/Touring motorcycle produced by BMW between 2006 and 2012. It could reach a top speed of 124 mph (200 km/h). Max torque was 62.7 ft/lbs (85.0 Nm) @ 5800 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 85.02 HP (63.4 KW) @ 8000 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a liquid cooled liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, twin cylinder, 4-valve per cylinder, DOHC. A 81.3mm bore x 81.3mm stroke result in a displacement of just 798.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive

The bike has a 6-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.

Chassis

It came with a 120/70 ZR 17 front tire and a 180/55 ZR 17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 320 mm floating discs, 4-piston calipers in the front and a single 265 mm disc, single-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 43 mm telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a pre-load and rebound damping adjustable, swingarm. The F 800 ST was fitted with a 4.23 Gallon (16.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 401.24 pounds (182.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 57.72 inches (1466 mm) long.
