The BMW K1600 GTL was a in-line six, four-stroke Touring motorcycle produced by BMW between 2011 and 2019. It could reach a top speed of 125 mph (201 km/h). Max torque was 129.08 ft/lbs (175.0 Nm) @ 5250 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 156.63 HP (116.8 KW) @ 7750 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a liquid cooled in-line six, four-stroke. A 72.0mm bore x 67.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1649.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the multi-plate wet clutch, hydraulically operated.

Chassis

It came with a 120/70-zr17 front tire and a 190/55-zr17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. abs. four-piston calipers. in the front and a single disc. abs. two-piston calipers. in the rear. The front suspension was a bmw duolever, central spring strut while the rear was equipped with a bmw motorrad paralever. The K1600 GTL was fitted with a 7.0 Gallon (26.50 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 712.09 pounds (323.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 63.7 inches (1618 mm) long.
