The BMW K 1600 GTL E Luxury was a liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, in-line six cylinders, DOHC Touring motorcycle produced by BMW in 2012. Max torque was 129.08 ft/lbs (175.0 Nm) @ 5000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 159.05 HP (118.6 KW) @ 7500 RPM.

Engine

A 78.7mm bore x 78.7mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1649.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive

The bike has a 6-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.

Chassis

It came with a 120/70-ZR17 front tire and a 180/55-ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual disc, EVO, ABS in the front and a single disc, EVO, ABS in the rear. The front suspension was a Duolever while the rear was equipped with a Paralever. The K 1600 GTL E Luxury was fitted with a 1.85 Gallon (7.00 Liters) fuel tank. At its heart lies a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 1649cc, in-line six cylinder powerhouse mated to a six-speed manual transmission, and can produce an impressive 160 horsepower and 175 Nm of torque.
