EngineEdit

The engine was a oil & air cooled v2, four-stroke. A 98.0mm bore x 71.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1078.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a desmodromic valve control.

DriveEdit

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the dry multiplate.

ChassisEdit

It came with a 120/70-17 front tire and a 180/55-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. brembo, 4-pistons, 4-pads with radial brembo calipers in the front and a single disc. 2-pistons, bimota caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a marsocchi upside-down fully adjustable forks while the rear was equipped with a extreme tech monoshock. The DB5 R was fitted with a 4.23 Gallon (16.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 372.58 pounds (169.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 56.3 inches (1430 mm) long.
