The Bimota DB7 was a v2, four-stroke Sport Bike motorcycle produced by Bimota between 2008 and 2014. It could reach a top speed of 171 mph (275 km/h). Max torque was 87.04 ft/lbs (118.0 Nm) @ 8000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 156.63 HP (116.8 KW) @ 9750 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled v2, four-stroke. A 104.0mm bore x 64.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1098.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a desmodromic valve control.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the dry, multi-disc.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70-zr17 front tire and a 180/55-zr17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. 4 piston calipers in the front and a single disc. 2-pistons callipers in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm upside-down dlc treated and preload-fully adjustable fork while the rear was equipped with a preload-fully adjustable, top and lower speed monoshock. The DB7 Oronero was fitted with a 4.76 Gallon (18.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 379.2 pounds (172.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 56.3 inches (1430 mm) long.
