The Bimota SB7 was a in-line four, four-stroke Sport Bike motorcycle produced by Bimota between 1994 and 1997. It could reach a top speed of 168 mph (270 km/h). Max torque was 61.52 ft/lbs (83.4 Nm) @ 9500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 129.27 HP (96.4 KW) @ 11500 RPM.

The engine was a liquid cooled in-line four, four-stroke. A 71.1mm bore x 71.1mm stroke result in a displacement of just 749.0 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70 ZR17 front tire and a 180/55 ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 46mm Paioli upside-down fork while the rear was equipped with a Ohlins mono-shock. The bike weighed just 392.42 pounds (178.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 55.12 inches (1400 mm) long.

The 1994 MY Bimota SB7 has, at its heart, a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 749cc, transverse four cylinder engine mated to a six-speed manual transmission, and can reach a maximum power output of 132 horsepower and 82 Nm of torque.

It also comes standard with features such as a race-grade suspension system, with a 46mm Paioli upside-down telescopic fork in the front and an Ohlins adjustable mono-shock as a rear suspension, Brembo brakes with dual 320mm discs in the front and a single 230mm disc in the rear, a full-fairing with a large windscreen, cast-aluminum wheels, a single seat, a digital and analogue instrument cluster and an under-seat exhaust system.
