The Bimota TESI 1D was a V-twin, four-stroke, air-cooled Sport Bike motorcycle produced by Bimota in 1991. Claimed horsepower was 100.04 HP (74.6 KW) @ 8000 RPM.

A 91.9mm bore x 91.9mm stroke result in a displacement of just 904.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6 Speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70-17 front tire and a 170/60-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Dual discs with 4-piston calipers in the front and a Single disc with 2-piston calipers in the rear.

The Tesi 1D uses a Ducati 851 engine whose displacement was increased to 904cc. The bike's most unusual feature is the hub center steering instead of the telescopic fork found on other bikes.
