Boxer SSR 1000

With a body kit and fairly modular design, the Boxer SSR can go from naked streetfighter to full-faired sportbike with an easy to make cosemetic adjustment. Both designs are stricking, and with the added modularity, and limited production run, you’re sure to have a unique bike at any meet-up or event. Making the Boxer SSR go is a 997cc v-twin motor that seems to be prevalent throughout the rest of the company’s designs, and the usual assortment of Öhlins, Brembo, Marchesini. Final dry weight is 396lbs,

Anche il prototipo denominato SSR è stato realizzato utilizzando il bicilindrico francese della Voxan. La particolarità di questa bicilindrica risiedeva soprattutto nella sua "modularità": la moto, infatti, poteva diventare naked o sportiva, utilizzando opportuni accessori inclusi nel prezzo d'acquisto. Nonostante preferisca la versione sportiva VB1, volevo farvi notare gli scarichi a "fetta di salame" e anche lo splendido forcellone, molto simile a quello utilizzato ultimamente sulla Kawasaki Motogp.
