The engine was a Liquid cooled cooled Four stroke, single cylinder, DOHC, 5 valves. The engine featured a 9.1:1 compression ratio.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 110/80-18 front tire and a 150/70-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 320mm disc 4 piston calipers in the front and a Single 220mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 41mm Upside-down forks while the rear was equipped with a Fournales monoshock steal swing arm rising rate.. The Scrambler 654 was fitted with a 16 Liters fuel tank.
