The engine was a Air cooled cooled 45° V-Twin, four stroke, pushrod actuated overhead valve. hydraulic self-adjusting lifters, 2 valve per cylinder.. The engine featured a 10.0:1 compression ratio.

Drive[edit | edit source]

Power was moderated via the Wet, multi-plate.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70-ZR17 D207F, Dunlop SportMax front tire and a 170/60-ZR17 D207, Dunlop SportMax rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single Ø340 mm disc, 6 piston caliper in the front and a Single Ø230 mm disc, 1 piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a Ø41 mm Showa upside-down front forks adjustable compression and rebound damping while the rear was equipped with a Showa shock absorber under engine adjustable spring preload, compression and rebound damping. The X1W Lightning White was fitted with a 15.8 L / 4.2 US gal fuel tank. The bike weighed just 200 kg / 440 lbs. The wheelbase was 1397 mm / 55" long.
