Chassis

It came with a Carlisle Badland 26 x 8 x 12 in front tire and a Carlisle Badland 26 x 10 x 12 in rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 214 mm discs, 2-piston calipers, hydraulic in the front and a 214 mm discs, 2-piston calipers, hydraulic in the rear. The front suspension was a double A-arm while the rear was equipped with a Torsional Trailing Arm (TTI). The wheelbase was 59.02 inches (1499 mm) long.

The 2015 MY Can-Am Outlander MAX 570 XT sports a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 570cc, Rotax V-twin powerhouse paired to a continuously variable transmission, and can produce 48 horsepower. In addition, it comes with state-of-the-art technologies, such as a tri-mode Dynamic Power Steering and a Visco-Lok QE auto-locking front differential, which increase its handling and off-road capabilities.

Being a XT-suffixed machine, it comes standard with a WARN winch, multipurpose racks with LinQ Quick-Attach, and 12" cast-aluminium wheels, which increase the variety of tasks it can do, as well as its desirability as an all-purpose, all-terrain vehicle.
