The Christini AWD 450E was a Liquid-cooled single cylinder four stroke Enduro motorcycle produced by Christini between 2012 and 2016.

A 96.5mm bore x 96.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 450.0 cubic centimeters.

DriveEdit

The bike has a 5-Speed Wide Ratio Transmission transmission. Power was moderated via the mechanical clutch.

ChassisEdit

It came with a 80/100-21 front tire and a 110/100-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single Disc 240 mm in the front and a Single Disc 240 mm in the rear. The front suspension was a WP XPlor 48mm sealed cartridge forks, spring preload/sag, high and low speed compression, rebound and damping adjustability while the rear was equipped with a Fast Ace shock with 24 click Compression adjustment, spring pre-load adjuster, 15 click externally adjustable rebound, and piggyback aluminum reservoir. The wheelbase was 59.09 inches (1501 mm) long.

2012 Christini AWD 450EEdit

The 2012 MY Christini AWD 450E sports a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 450cc, single cylinder powerhouse paired to a five-speed manual transmission. It comes standard with race-grade features such as the 48mm WP upside-down 4CS front fork, an ELKA Stage 5 rear monoshock, Nissin front and rear disc brakes and an aluminum, after-market exhaust system for an increased power output. This machine is also one of the first production motorcycles to be fitted with the All Wheel Drive (AWD) system, which transfers power to the front wheel when the rear one loses traction, allowing it to tackle more treacherous terrain, as well as improve its overall safety levels. This is a competition use only bike and is not recreational off-road compliant.

The AWD in its name stands for All Wheel Drive, a revolutionary technology developed by Christini that transfers power to the front wheel when the rear one loses traction, allowing it to tackle more treacherous terrain, as well as improve its overall safety levels.

The 2014 MY Christini AWD 450E is a race-ready enduro machine that features the trademark All Wheel Drive technology, which transfers power to the front wheel if the rear wheel loses traction, and allows it to tackle almost any terrain. In the tech/engine department, it sports a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 450cc, single cylinder powerplant paired to a five-speed manual transmission. Standard features include a 48mm WP upside-down 4CS front fork, an ELKA Stage 5 rear monoshock, Nissin front and rear disc brakes and an aluminum, after-market exhaust system for an increased power output.

The 2015 MY Christini AWD 450E sports a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 450cc, single cylinder powerhouse paired to a five-speed manual transmission. Besides the All Wheel Drive (AWD) technology, that transfers power to the front wheel, if the rear one loses traction, this machine comes standard with a WP upside-down 4CS front fork, an ELKA Stage 5 rear monoshock, front and rear disc brakes, plus an aluminum aftermarket exhaust, for more power.

This is a competition use only bike and is not recreational off road compliant.


2016 Christini AWD 450EEdit

       

The AWD 450E includes an aluminum aftermarket exhaust for added horsepower, and the choice of the CHRISTINI EFI System or a Keihin FCR 40mm Carburetor for increased throttle response and greater tunability. The 450E is carried by WP XPlor 48mm forks and a fully adjustable rear shock with linkage suspension. A wide ratio transmission and electric starter make life easy.
