The '''Cleveland Motorcycle Manufacturing Company''' began in Middlesbrough, England in 1911, moving to the US in 1915. In 1922 Cleveland Mfg. purchased the Reading Standard Company of Reading, PA. The Cleveland Motorcycle Manufacturing Company began in Middlesbrough, England in 1911, moving to the US in 1915. In 1922 Cleveland Mfg. purchased the Reading Standard Company of Reading, PA.
