To the young Italian enthusiast, the Ducati 125 was one of the finest motorcycles in its class. Styled like the bigger Ducatis, and with the same single overhead cam motor design, it was an exotic, espescially if you had moved up from a humble single cylinder two stroke.

The Ducati 125 TS was a air-cooled, four-stroke, single cylinder, OHC Classic motorcycle produced by Ducati between 1961 and 1965. Claimed horsepower was 10.06 HP (7.5 KW) @ 7000 RPM.

Engine

A 55.9mm bore x 55.9mm stroke result in a displacement of just 125.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive

The bike has a 4-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.

Chassis

It came with a 2.75 -17 front tire and a 2.50 -17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via drum in the front and a drum in the rear. The front suspension was a hydraulic telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a dual shocks.
