The Ducati 250 Desmo was a air-cooled, four-stroke, single cylinder, SOHC, desmodromic Classic motorcycle produced by Ducati in 1972.

A 73.7mm bore x 73.7mm stroke result in a displacement of just 249.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 5-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 3.25-18 front tire and a 3.50-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via drum in the front and a drum in the rear. The front suspension was a hydraulic telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a dual shocks.

The 1971 Ducati 250 Desmo sports an air-cooled, four-stroke, 249cc, single cylinder desmodromic powerhouse mated to a five-speed manual transmission. It also comes with a chromed exhaust system, a steel frame, a telescopic front fork, dual shocks as a rear suspension, a single seat, laced wheels, a small headlight, an analogue instrumentation panel, narrow handlebars and a drum braking system.
