The Ducati 500 SL Pantah was a v2, four-stroke standard produced by Ducati between 1978 and 1983. It could reach a top speed of 112 mph (180 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 48.95 HP (36.5 KW) @ 8500 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a air cooled v2, four-stroke. A 74.0mm bore x 57.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 497.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a desmodromic valve control.

Drive

The bike has a 5-speed transmission.

Chassis

It came with a 100/90-18 front tire and a 110/90-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The 500 SL Pantah was fitted with a 4.76 Gallon (18.00 Liters) fuel tank.
