The Ducati 749R was a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 90-degree V-Twin, DOHC, desmodromic 4 valves per cylinder Sport Bike motorcycle produced by Ducati in 2006. Max torque was 59.01 ft/lbs (80.0 Nm) @ 8500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 118.01 HP (88.0 KW) @ 10250 RPM.

It sports a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 748cc, 90-degree V-Twin desmodromic powerplant mated to a six-speed manual transmission and can reach a maximum power output of 118 horsepower and 80 Nm of torque.
Also, it comes with an Ohlins suspension package, composed of a fully-adjustable upside-down fork in the front and a fully-adjustable rear monoshock with a progressive linkage, a Brembo braking system, a full-fairing, a small windscreen, a single seat, a digital instrumentation panel, cast-aluminum wheels and a steel trellis frame.
