The Ducati 899 Panigale was a v2, four-stroke sport motorcycle produced between 2014 and 2015. Max torque was 73.02 ft/lbs (99.0 Nm) @ 9000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 144.83 HP (108.0 KW) @ 10750 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a liquid cooled v2, four-stroke. A 100.0mm bore x 57.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 898.0 cubic centimeters. The engine featured a 12.5:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a desmodromic valve control.

Drive

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. The final drive was via chain. Power was moderated via the wet multiplate clutch with hydraulic control.

Chassis

It came with a 120/70-zr17 front tire and a 180/60-zr17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. abs. floating discs. four-piston calipers. radially mounted. in the front and a single disc. abs. two-piston calipers. in the rear. The front suspension was a fully adjustable bpf forks. 43 mm chromed inner tubes while the rear was equiped with a fully adjustable unit. aluminum double-sided swingarm. The 899 Panigale was fitted with a 4.49 Gallon (17.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 372.58 pounds (169.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 56.14 inches (1426 mm) long.
