The Ducati 98 BRONCO / CAVALLINO was a Single cylinder, 4-stroke, Air-cooled Classic motorcycle produced by Ducati in 1959. Claimed horsepower was 6.03 HP (4.5 KW) @ 6800 RPM.

Engine

A 48.3mm bore x 48.3mm stroke result in a displacement of just 98.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive

The bike has a 4-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet Multi-plate.

Chassis

It came with a 2.75-16 front tire and a 2.75-16 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Dual drum in the front and a Dual drum in the rear. The front suspension was a Marzocchi hydraulically damped telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a Non-adjustable twin hydraulic shocks, swingarm. The wheelbase was 50.0 inches (1270 mm) long.

Ducati 98TS was renamed the 98 Bronco in 1959. It was first produced for the US market. However it was also sold in Italy as the Cacallino.
