The Ducati 999R Fila 200th Win Limited Edition was a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 90-degree V-Twin, DOHC, desmodromic 4 valves per cylinder Sport Bike motorcycle produced by Ducati in 2005. Max torque was 79.66 ft/lbs (108.0 Nm) @ 8000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 146.04 HP (108.9 KW) @ 10000 RPM.

Engine

A 99.1mm bore x 99.1mm stroke result in a displacement of just 999.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive

The bike has a straight cut gears transmission. Power was moderated via the dry, multiplate, hydraulic.

Chassis

It came with a 120/70 ZR17 front tire and a 190/50 ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 320mm discs, 4-piston calipers in the front and a single 245mm disc, 2-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a Ohlins fully-adjustable upside-down fork, TiN-coated while the rear was equipped with a Ohlins fully-adjustable monoshock with progressive linkage. The wheelbase was 55.91 inches (1420 mm) long.

This machine has been created to celebrate Ducati's 200th win in the World Superbike Championship, achieved by British rider Neil Hodgson on the 18th of May, 2003 at the Monza circuit. It comes with a livery virtual identical to the official one, and has been limited to 200 units. Also, is has an improved power output, managing 146 horsepower, instead of the 139 produced by the 999R. Other changes from the production model include carbon fiber side and upper fairings, magnesium head covers and headlight support, WSBK-inspired braced swingarm and forged aluminum wheels.
