The Ducati Monster 800 i.e. was a v2, four-stroke standard produced by Ducati between 2003 and 2004. Max torque was 50.89 ft/lbs (69.0 Nm) @ 6500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 71.48 HP (53.3 KW) @ 8250 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a air cooled v2, four-stroke. A 88.0mm bore x 66.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 803.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a desmodromic valve control.

Drive

The bike has a 6-speed transmission.

Chassis

It came with a 120/60-zr17 front tire and a 160/60-zr17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 43 mm upside-down while the rear was equipped with a progressive linkage with sachs adjustable monoshock.. The Monster 800 i.e. was fitted with a 3.96 Gallon (15.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 394.63 pounds (179.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 56.69 inches (1440 mm) long.
