The Ducati Multistrada 1200 Enduro was a v2, four-stroke enduro / offroad motorcycle produced between 2010 and 2018. Max torque was 94.41 ft/lbs (128.0 Nm) @ 7500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 148.72 HP (110.9 KW) @ 9500 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a liquid cooled v2, four-stroke. A 106.0mm bore x 67.9mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1198.4 cubic centimeters. The engine featured a 12.5:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a desmodromic valve control.

Drive

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. The final drive was via chain. Power was moderated via the light action, wet, multiplate clutch with hydraulic control. self-servo action on drive, slipper action on over-run.

It features a race-inspired design and livery, with carbon fiber front air intakes, front mudguard, cam belt covers, rear hugger and lateral air extractors, Marchesini triple three-spoked, forged and machined wheels, derived from the 1199 S Panigale, as well as a carbon fibre screen and Termigoni Silencer, plus Ducati Corse red livery with a white stripe and a red frame.

The 2014 MY Ducati Multistrada S Pikes Peak has been released to celebrate the iconic victory achieved by the House of Borgo Panigale at the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb race in Colorado, USA. The machine features lots of carbon fiber components, such as the race-derived low screen, the front air intakes, the lateral air outtakes, the front mudguard, the rear hugger and the engine cam-belt covers. Panigale-style triple three-spoked Marchesini wheels are another feature that distinguishes the Pikes Peak model from the base one, as well as the race-inspired livery, with a MotoGP style white racing stripe. A carbon fiber silencer made by Termigoni completes the race-replica improvements on this machine.
