The Ducati Scrambler was a single cylinder, four-stroke sport motorcycle produced between 1968 and 1969. It could reach a top speed of 81 mph (130 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 26.42 HP (19.7 KW) @ 6500 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 87.0mm bore x 75.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 436.0 cubic centimeters. The engine featured a 9.3:1 compression ratio.

Drive

The final drive was via chain. Power was moderated via the wet multiplate.

Chassis

It came with a 3.50-19 front tire and a 4.00-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via expanding brake (drum brake) in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a front hydraulic telescopic forks while the rear was equiped with a swinging arm with adjustable shocks. The Scrambler was fitted with a 3.01 Gallon (11.40 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 330.69 pounds (150.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 54.33 inches (1380 mm) long.
