The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 66.4mm bore x 72.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 249.3 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead cams (ohc).

It came with a 90/90-21 front tire and a 120/80-19 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. double-pump caliper in the front and a single disc in the rear.
