The GAS GAS SM50 was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by GAS GAS between 2002 and 2004.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 40.0mm bore x 39.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 399.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 6-speed transmission.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 100/80-17 front tire and a 130/70-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a showa inverted fork while the rear was equipped with a progressive system, boge shock absorber.. The SM50 was fitted with a 2.11 Gallon (8.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 205.03 pounds (93.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 58.07 inches (1475 mm) long.
