The Gas Gas SM 125 Halley was a liquid-cooled, two-stroke, single cylinder Supermotard motorcycle produced by Gas Gas in 2007. Claimed horsepower was 15.02 HP (11.2 KW) @ 6500 RPM.

A 53.3mm bore x 53.3mm stroke result in a displacement of just 124.0 cubic centimeters.

DriveEdit

The bike has a 6-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.

ChassisEdit

It came with a 120/60 -17 front tire and a 150/60 -17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single 260mm disc, 4-piston caliper in the front and a single 220mm disc, 1-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 41mm Marzocchi upside-down telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a Ohlins monoshock with progressive system.

The 2007 Gas Gas SM 125 Halley is a blacked-out, entry-level supermotard, designed to commemorate 20 years since the debut of the first Halley 327 machine. It also has been fitted with a 41mm upside-down telescopic fork, a 27mm carburetor, black finishes throughout the bike and a digital instrumentation display, as opposed to the base SM 125.
