The bike has a CVT transmission. Power was moderated via the Dry centrifugal type with damping plugs.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70-12 front tire and a 140/70-14 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single disc 240 mm in the front and a Single disc 240 mm in the rear. The front suspension was a Parallelogram composed of four aluminum arms supporting two steering tubes, cantilevered suspension. Electro-hydraulic suspension locking system. while the rear was equipped with a Oscillating engine fixed to the frame with a swingarm and two dual effect hydraulic shock absorbers with four-position spring preload.. 2017 Gilera FUOCO 500[edit | edit source]
The Master 500 engine that equips the Fuoco 500 is a true and proper excitement generator: it is a 492 cc double ignition single cylinder with 4 valve distribution, electronic fuel injection and liquid cooling system. It develops a maximum power of 40 HP at 7,250 rpm and its maximum torque is more than 46.5 Nm at 5,250 rpm.
